Who Are We?
Terme Vocational School was established in 1999 and started education in 2001-2002 and is one of the primary units of Ondokuz Mayıs University. Our School is training qualified students and currently has more than 500 students. The School provides education in the Food Technology Program, Food Quality Control Program, Department of Accounting and Tax - Accounting and Tax Application Program, Department of Marketing and Advertising - Marketing Program, Foreign Trade Program and Logistics Program. Terme Vocational School, which keeps up with the developing world with its young, dynamic and self-renewing academic staff and equipped lecture halls and classrooms, also has a computer laboratory, microbiology laboratory and food laboratory.

Terme Vocational School is an academically successful and constantly developing professional school which cares about stakeholder opinions, is intertwined with companies and industry, encourages students' workplace training practices, gives importance to transparent, social-cultural and sports activities, and respects our national and moral values as well as the values and norms of the other cultures. It contributes to the development and of our country and other nations with its mission providing qualified graduates. Our School aims to ensure students gain academic and professional technical skills by providing education at national and international standards and meet the qualified workforce required by the business world. To achieve this, the School effectively uses all scientific, technological and physical resources under its roof. What Are Our Programs and Job Opportunities? Our School puts much effort into bringing every graduate student to an important place in business life with the slogan "Choose Terme Vocational School, Start Your Business Life Early". Our School implements the "3+1 Applied Education Model"; thus, students have the opportunity to learn the business life on-site for one semester after they study at School for three semesters. Accordingly, the student finds the opportunity to develop in the field and receive a job offer from the workplace where they worked at the end of the training. Our School has also signed a practical training cooperation agreement with Samsun Chamber of Certified Public Accountants an applied training cooperation agreement with Terme Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a Free Youth Project cooperation agreement with Terme District Directorate of National Education, and a cooperation agreement with Samsun Logistics Village and created new job opportunities for students.

In What Ways Do We Support the Professional, Cultural, and Social Atmosphere?
We support students' professional, cultural and social development with career interviews, alumni meetings, online and face-to-face training, conferences for special days and weeks, vocational seminars, technical trips to various institutions and organizations, spring festivals and sports festivals. Our School emphasizes social and cultural activities with its visionary education approach and has organized various seminars to train people around. It has produced social benefits with seminars on subjects such as greenhouse vegetable cultivation, hazelnut chicken breeding, gynecological diseases and diabetes.

Student societies established within the university are also crucial in supporting the professional, cultural and social atmosphere. There are two types of community structures at our university classified in professional and social categories within the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports body. Professional societies are specific to faculties, while social societies are general. Our students have carried out many activities and organizations within the communities so far.
